Whether you're looking to gain confidence, sharpen your skills, or simply enjoy a fun night out, Guided Open Play is the perfect place to practice in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Our instructors are on hand throughout the evening to answer questions, help you work through hands, and keep the game flowing — so you can focus on having a great time. This event is designed for players who have completed at least one Mahjong lesson and are ready for more time at the table. We'll spend the evening playing Mahjong, with instructors available throughout the night to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you build confidence as you play. Enjoy delicious food, great wine, and the opportunity to meet fellow Mahjong enthusiasts while gaining valuable game experience in a supportive environment. Players should have completed at least one Mahjong lesson and be familiar with the basic rules of the game and how to read the NMJL card. Please bring your current NMJL card. If you don't have one yet, you're welcome to borrow one from us. All tiles and playing materials will be provided. Mahjong, wine, and new friends—we'll save you a seat at the table.
