Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel great about your time at the table. If you attend your first Beginner Series lesson and decide Lucky Tile isn’t the right fit for you, just let us know within 3 business days of that first session. We’ll happily refund the unused portion of your package. Please note: - Refunds apply only to the remaining, unused sessions in your package - Packages have no cash value and are non-transferable - Once a package expires, it is no longer eligible for refund Our goal is for every player to feel confident, comfortable, and excited to keep playing — and we’re always happy to help you find the best next step.
